Ecclesiastical parish. Archdeaconry of Cornwall. Deanery of Penwith. Part in the east division of the Hundred of Penwith and part in the Hundred of Pydar. The modern parish of Tuckingmill, with part from Camborne, was taken out of Illogan in 1845. The modern parish of Mount Hawke, with part from St Agnes, was taken out of Illogan in 1846.
