Description
Civil parish. Hundred of Kerrier to 1834. Helston Poor Law Union, 1834-1930. Helston Rural Sanitary District, 1875-1894. Helston Rural District, 1894-1934. The parish was reduced in 1882 to enlarge the parish of Ruan Major; the area transferred included Trenoon. The parish was abolished in 1934 to help create the parish of Grade-Ruan.
