Description

Civil parish. Hundred of Powder to 1834. Truro Poor Law Union, 1834-1930. Truro Rural Sanitary District, 1875-1894. Truro Rural District, 1894-1974. Carrick District, 1974-2009. Truro and Roseland Community Network, 2009-present. The parish was enlarged by 753 acres in 1934 due to the abolition of the parish of St Anthony in Roseland.
