Description

Civil parish. Hundred of West to 1834. Bodmin Poor Law Union, 1834-1930. Bodmin Rural Sanitary District, 1875-1894. Bodmin Rural District, 1894-1934; Wadebridge Rural District, 1934-1968; Wadebridge and Padstow Rural District, 1968-1974. North Cornwall District, 1974-2009. Bodmin Community Network, 2009-present. The parish was reduced in 1934 with 276 acres being transferred to the parish of Blisland.
