Description

Civil parish. Hundred of East to 1834. Liskeard Poor Law Union, 1834-1875. Liskeard Rural Sanitary District, 1875-1894. Liskeard Rural District, 1894-1901; Callington Urban District, 1901-1934; St Germans Rural District, 1934-1974. Caradon District, 1974-2009. Caradon Community Network, 2009-present. The parish was enlarged in 1934 by 133 acres transferred from the parish of South Hill and by 136 acres transferred from the parish of Stoke Climsland.
